Patrick D. Guanciale has been active in the Licking County real estate market since 1971 as a full time broker and agent.
During 2008 he was awarded the $75 Million Dollar Club Award by the Licking County Board of Realtors of which he has been a active member. As being presidents three times and honored as the Realtor of the Year and also serving on many committees.

Organizations served today are the Licking Memorial Hospital Board of Directors, City of Newark Civil Service Commission, Newark Fire Department and contributions to many nonprofit organizations. Serving in the past to organizations such as the United Way, Salvation Army, American Red Cross, Jaycees and being past president of the Licking County Chamber of Commerce, St. Francis de Sales School Board, Newark Catholic High School Foundation and Chairman of the Ohio Fire Commission under two governors. |
